Ini's Story

Inioluwa is a sickle cell anemia patient. She had partial stroke at age four. She has been to different hospitals like Haruna Ogun, UCH, OOUSTH, General Hospitals and finally Massey children hospital.

Ini was critically down in September 2021 that almost led to another stroke. The doctors in Massey told us to put Ini through a six month therapy which was costing about N150,000 each month. She started the treatment in November 2021 and it was becoming difficult to continue. That was when a friend put a call through to The Kindness Initiative and they picked Ini's payment from then till date. 

To the Lord be the glory. There have been lots of changes in her physic, maturity, thinking, reasoning etc. At the time Kindness Initiative came to my daughter's aid, she was 16 years old looking like an 8-year old. All the signs of maturity were not obvious. Now Ini is looking beautiful and hardly will you know she has sickle cell anemia.
